Black Politics Today presents its audience with an analysis on the impact of public policies on African-Americans in order to encourage, enlighten, and empower their families and community. We will feature everyday people telling the story impacting everyday lives.
 Johnny B. HillDr. Johnny B. Hill, is an author, his most recent release is entitled: Prophetic Rage: A Postcolonial Theology of Liberation and The First Black President: Barack Obama, Race, Politics and the American Dream. Dr. Hill is an advocate for justice, reconciliation, peace and human rights. He currently serves as Department Chair and Associate Professor of Philosophy and Religion at Claflin University. |  Kimberly Allen (Editor)Kimberly Allen is a seasoned writer and editorial consultant with extensive experience creating print and digital media content. As a freelance writer for the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, Kim authored Clayton.Talk, a weekly blog column for 5+ years. In 2011, she began work as a freelance writer for We Are Clayton Magazine and was quickly tapped to serve as managing editor. These positions coupled with other freelance opportunities led to her current role as Public Relations Specialist. |

 Sharon Kyle (Contributor)Sharon Kyle is a former president of the Guild Law School and is the publisher and co-founder of the LA Progressive. For years before immersing herself in the law and social justice, Ms. Kyle was a member of several space flight teams at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory where she managed resources for projects like Magellan, Genesis, and Mars Pathfinder. Sharon also sits on several boards including the Board of Directors of the ACLU and is on the editorial board of the BlackCommentator.com. |  Glenn Ellis (Contributor)is a medical ethicist, researcher, lecturer and president of Strategies for Well-Being, LLC., a global consultancy that specializes in health education, equity, disparities, advocacy, policy and communication.
