Who We Are

BLACK POLITICS TODAY  is an subsidiary of The Love At Work (L.A.W.) Group, Inc a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which provides African Americans with services in the areas of: affordable housing, public policy education, prison ministries, and transitional housing.

BLACK POLITICS TODAY is the first and only African American online news site with its own web television show, which focuses solely on the affects that various public policies have on the daily lives of Black America.

BLACK POLITICS TODAY is the premier political conscience for African Americans.  It is the only source for "What's at Stake" with public policies socially, economically, and politically for African Americans across the country.

BLACK POLITICS TODAY recognizes that social, political, and economic policies impact our society.  Moreover, these policies have an even greater affect on the African American community.  As a result, Black Politics Today seeks to provide the resources that will enlighten, educate, and encourage African Americans to obtain a greater knowledge of the policies that are affecting their daily lives.

 What We Deliver:

BLACK POLITICS TODAY offers the only website with a legislative tracking database with complete congressional analysis that provide an unprecedented insight into the legislative process.  Every year across the country thousands of legislative bills become law, without any knowledge or notification given to the American people.

Routinely these laws create a disproportionate affect upon African Americans.  With Black Politics Today's legislative database, African Americans across the nation will become better educated and informed on issues ranging from healthcare and housing, to the economy.

BLACK POLITICS TODAY will provide thought-provoking articles, pointed interviews, and the latest in news.  It will focus on a pro-active reporting approach seeking dialogue with its readership and viewers; while featuring real points of views with real affects from real people, and the impact that public policies can have in the everyday lives of African Americans today.
